We help freshers and experienced professionals find the right tech job. Our candidates are placed in Java, Python, MERN, .NET, front-end, back-end, data science, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud, system administration and QA testing roles, in permanent, contract and contract-to-hire openings. Diksha Careers charges no registration or upfront fee. You pay the placement fee only after you are placed and have joined your company, and every candidate gets a written Service Agreement. You pay Diksha Careers nothing to register. The placement fee is a percentage of your CTC and is paid only after you have joined your new company.

One-time payment is due 3 days after your joining date. The first EMI is due 3 days after joining, and each next EMI 3 days after each monthly salary is credited.
Our Service Agreement
Everything in writing, so there are no surprises. Read the agreement before you decide.
- Valid for 1 year from the date of signing.
- Diksha Careers finds suitable openings and arranges your interviews.
- Placement fee is paid after joining, as one payment or 4 EMIs.
- Choose your payment plan and confirm it by email before joining. The NOC is issued after that.
- Your job search details are kept private.
- Please inform us at least 24 hours before withdrawing from an interview. A Rs 2,000 penalty applies otherwise.
- A Rs 10,000 penalty applies if you cancel the agreement after receiving a job offer through us.

Is there a fee for candidates?
No. There are no registration or upfront fees. You pay only after you are placed and have joined your company.
What is the placement fee at Diksha Careers?
The fee is a percentage of your CTC, paid after joining. Freshers pay 7% of CTC one-time or 15% in 4 EMIs. Experienced candidates pay 4% of CTC one-time or 8% in 4 EMIs.
When do I have to pay?
A one-time payment is due 3 days after your joining date. With EMIs, the first is due 3 days after joining and each next one 3 days after each monthly salary is credited.
Do I get a written agreement?
Yes. Every candidate signs a Service Agreement. You can read and download it as a PDF from this page before you decide.
Do you help freshers as well as experienced people?
